In order not to overwhelm the size of neighboring buildings block library is divided into three elements forming the diverse composition.
1-loud Library
The largest block contains a branch library for children and an IO-exhibition foyer and a play corner for children. There are rental shop, a reading room and a media room located on the 1st floor. Conventionally, this part can be called part loud.
2-Silent Library
The body is elongated Designated for youth and adults, as well as administrative division. There are mainly rental and reading for adults. Media room for adults is the one floor, is equipped with three small rooms used for individual work in silence. Vertical administration was placed in a conference room to serve both employees and residents. This is called the silent part of the library.
